A jury representing the Nordic proptech community
The jury is composed of industry experts from across the Nordic region. Each and every jury member have been selected jointly by the national associations and are nestors with proven track records in real estate, finance, and tech.
In line with the high professional standard of the competition, the jury for the Nordic PropTech Awards 2025 comprises experts with a strong background within each track category.

The Process
The selected jury will evaluate each company within their respective tracks, assessing their solutions to narrow the field to just four finalists per track. These finalists will then have the opportunity to present their solutions in a live pitch, after which the jury will select one winner per track.
Award winners will receive one-on-one meetings with track jury members, offering opportunities for mentorship and pitching. Additionally, they will gain recognition as a preeminent company to watch in the Nordic industry, unique social media exposure, and free memberships and sparring sessions with each national proptech association.
