1. Nominations open

The nomination round marks the first step in the process. You can apply for nomination yourself or refer other companies for nomination.

2. Jury evaluations

Once the nomination deadline has passed, the selected jury will review all nominated companies within their respective track, along with their submitted information and pitch deck. The jury will evaluate the companies based on various criteria, and their assessments will be combined to shortlist four finalists in each track.

3. Finalist pitches

The four finalists in each track will have the opportunity to present their company or solution live to the track jury (online). Following these pitches, the jury will evaluate the finalist companies based on various criteria. Their assessments will be combined to determine the winner in each track.

4. Final Award Show

The winners of each track will be announced at the Final Award Show.

This evening event will feature an award show followed by a celebration for everyone involved, as well, as other key actors from the real estate and proptech industry across the Nordics. Attendance is by invitation only.
